You are currently looking at a superb bike the best year for this model. Shaft driven, all original color, garaged kept with motorcycle indoor cover to deter dust accumulation.
I am selling this pampered machine due to my age and leg condition. I got this from a friend who took care of it like it was his own partner. Never been drop and never been driven in the rain. All systems works. Starts well and runs smoothly with a power, sound and agility this vulcan is known for. I bought new battery, new dunlop tires front and rear on this beauty and installed a new Vans and Hines pipes that for an incredible exhaust system.
All fluids have been changed, pads replaced and rode it this spring on cruise on short distances until this summer I can no longer ride. I want to pass this machine to someone who can take good care for it and enjoy its’ ride.
There are 2 flaws however on this bike. One, is there is a dent on the front fender which you will not notice in the pictures and there seem to be a stator rotor issue as it drains my battery…in short charging is slow. This is a $139.00 part brand new but in my condition I cannot attend to it anymore. I cannot bend to pick up the tools thus I am selling this at a reasonable price. More than that this bike is in perfect running condition and at this low mileage and care you will not go wrong.
You can pick up this bike and arrange the shipping yourself . Though I want to help I cannot due to my existing handicap.
The picture will show you the added chromes, unblemished seat, no pitting on chromes and no rust at all. I will throw in the original exhaust system, the manuals , tools, motorcycle cover and my helmet to the winning buyer.
