We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes:

Documentation fee of $199.95 AND A $55.00 fee for temporary registration for ALL buyers .

AZ residents subject to AZ sales tax of 9.3% in addition to title/registration fees.

Non-Resident buyers from CA, CT, FL, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, PA, RI, TN, TX, and VT taking delivery of a vehicle in the State of Arizona are subject to AZ sales tax of 8.3% (9.3% effective June 1st, 2010). Because these states have higher tax rates than AZ. These states will allow a credit for the state tax paid in AZ when the nonresident registers the vehicle in his or her home state.

Non-Resident buyers from AR, DE, D.C., MD, MS, OK, AND VA are exempt from AZ sales tax because these states do not provide reciprocity for taxes paid in AZ. (In other words, these states do not allow a credit for tax paid in AZ)

Non-Resident buyers from AL, AK, CO, GA, HI, IA, KS, LA, ME, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, SD, UT, WI, WV, and WY are subject to nonresident’s state tax rate because these states do provide reciprocity. (In other words, these states do allow a credit for tax paid in AZ).

ALL buyers taking delivery of a vehicle in the City of Phoenix are subject to 2% sales tax regardless of the state buyer resides in.

Non-Residents are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
